NCC
The NCC is the foundation every Made project starts from. Structural adequacy, fire safety, energy efficiency and amenity rules apply equally to a Made module and to conventional in-situ work.
The hybrid build does not change the NCC bar. It changes how the factory and site work converge to meet it.
BCA
The BCA is the practical application of the NCC, broken down into Class 1 (housing) and Class 2-10 (other buildings). Made's special-use work spans Class 1a, 2 and 3 depending on the cohort and the development typology.
NDIS SDA Design Standard
The Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standard is the highest compliance bar in low-rise construction in Australia. Made builds to it as standard, one of the special-use streams it serves.
Building to that bar makes every other special-use stream over-compliant by default. The standard is not a ceiling for Made, it is the floor.
Liveable Housing Australia
LHA standards apply to every Made project as a baseline. Step-free entry, generous internal circulation, accessible bathroom layouts and reinforced wall zones are designed in from the schematic, not retrofitted at the end.
DA / CC / CDC
DA, CC or CDC under the relevant SEPP. The pathway is set per project against the land, the local environmental plan, and the cohort. Statutory bodies engaged early. No mid-project surprises.
Occupation Certificate
OC documentation and handover are managed through one accountable party. The compliance chain that started at schematic carries through to the day residents move in.
