Why building to the highest standard is the strategy

There is a reason to build a method around the most demanding accommodation type rather than the most common one.

A dwelling designed to carry hoist structure, level thresholds and assisted-use bathrooms is already beyond what co-living, seniors living or student accommodation asks for. Solving the top of the range makes everything beneath it over-compliant by default, rather than requiring a separate solution per stream.
